Oyo State Chapter celebrates World Food Day 2025 with Community Action and Awareness Campaigns In Ibadan, Nigeria on October 16, 2025.

As the world marked World Food Day 2025, the Nutrition Society of Nigeria (NSN), FCT chapter, held the WFD 2025 at Jikwoyi, Abuja.

In celebration of World Food Day 2025, themed “Hand-in-Hand for Better Food and a Better Future,” the NSN Cross River State Chapter, hosted a dynamic week of activities promoting healthy eating, active living, and nutrition education across Calabar.

The Nutrition Society of Nigeria (NSN) Imo State Chapter joined the global community to mark World Food Day 2025 with a series of inspiring and impactful activities held in Owerri.

NSN Ekiti State Chapter joined the global community to celebrate World Food Day 2025 at Anglican High School, Ado Ekiti, on 16th October 2025.

The Nutrition Society of Nigeria (NSN) joins the global community in marking World Food Day 2025, under the theme “Hand in Hand for Better Foods and a Better Future”. This year’s commemoration coincides with the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), a reminder of how far the world has come, and how much more remains to be done to end hunger and malnutrition.

In celebration of World Food Day 2025, the NSN Kano State Chapter, in collaboration with the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) through the ENSAND project (Enhancing Access to Safe and Nutritious Diets), organized a Community Cooking Demonstration in Danbatta community to promote healthy eating.
