At the event, the NSN Ondo team set up a nutrition assessment and counseling stand at the Ministry’s complex, where members provided free health checks and nutrition education to community members. The team conducted anthropometric and blood pressure measurements, calculated Body Mass Index (BMI), assessed dietary patterns, and offered personalized counseling on healthy eating habits.
The celebration also featured colorful displays of diverse food products from local government areas across Ondo State, showcasing the rich variety of foods produced by local farmers, vendors, and food processors.
The event was attended by dignitaries, including the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, who represented the State Governor, alongside Directors and other key stakeholders in the agricultural sector.
